Working principle of Thermic Fluid Heater:

1) YLW series Thermic Fluid Heater is a square coil horizontal chain grate assembly boiler, chain grate, and boiler body are shipped separately.

2) Thermic Fluid Heater adopts the chain grate to realize mechanical coal feeding, equipped with drums and induced draft fans for mechanical ventilation and is equipped with a slag discharging machine to realize mechanical slagging.

3) During operation, the fuel falls from the coal hopper to the grate for combustion. The high temperature flue gas is reflected by the rear arch to the furnace before entering the furnace. After radiant heat transfer through the radiant heating surface, it enters the convective heating surface for convective heat transfer. Go to the waste heat boiler, then enter the air preheater, and finally enter the dust collector. After the dust is removed, the flue gas is drawn by the induced draft fan and discharged to the atmosphere through the chimney.
